3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh
• Not sell prohibited or illegal products
• Handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are charged based on the plan you select. Free trial periods may be offered for new vendors. Payment processing is handled securely through SSLCommerz. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your store content, including products, descriptions, and images. StoreBuilderBD retains ownership of the platform, themes, and underlying technology.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
